Privacy Policy

Your workspace data

We store your email sign-in identifier, a salted password hash, a hashed recovery code, sessions, saved searches, property files and source notes, watch rules, in-app notifications, lesson progress, support tickets, and AI prompts and responses. Emails are not verified. We use this data to provide and protect your workspace. Security rate-limit counters are stored temporarily.

Providers and payments

Cloudflare hosts and processes this service. AI prompts are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI. Avoid entering sensitive personal data. Direct-source searches contact official BCAD and Bexar County GIS services. Source-reported public records and retrieval histories may be stored to provide search and watch functionality. Member-specific watch subscriptions remain private. If you request address matching, the address is sent to the US Census Geocoder. Loading an optional map sends its coordinates to OpenStreetMap. If billing is enabled, PayPal handles payment information; AcreNexa stores subscription identifiers and status, not card details.

Your choices

You can export saved searches and delete your account and research from My Account. Cancel PayPal subscriptions before deleting your account. Saved data is retained until you delete it or your account; backups may remain for the hosting provider’s retention period. Essential session cookies support sign-in. We do not sell your workspace data.
