Census matches are calculated from address ranges. Coordinates are approximate; they are not parcel boundaries or proof of title. Property attributes entered in your workspace remain member-supplied, even when a source link is attached. AcreNexa does not independently certify those entries.
Bexar direct-source queries use BCAD’s public parcel-map service and Bexar County’s mortgage/tax foreclosure layers. Query results are stored with source and retrieval time. Appraisal year and notice month/year are distinct from retrieval time. Daily checks sample the latest 20 notices per county layer and up to 15 least-recently-checked watched source records; this is not complete monitoring. Publisher errors, omissions and publication lag remain possible. A full delinquent-tax roll and full lien dataset are not connected.
AI processes your question and supplied record text through Cloudflare Workers AI. It cannot browse county portals or retrieve unavailable property feeds. Responses are saved as unverified guidance.
